Accommodation Rules

Hotel makes accommodation of guests in accordance with the law "The status of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by Government in 21/04/2008 №366 «About approving the rules of shopping, entertainment, hotel, medical and other services in the capital".

  • Check-out time - 12:00pm;
  • Check-in time - 2:00pm;
  • Early arrival between 12:00am - 6:00am will be charged at 100% of the room price;
  • Early arrival between 06:00am - 2:00pm are charged at a rate of 50% of the room price;
  • Late check-out between 12:00pm - 6:00pm are charged at a rate of 50% of the room price;
  • When check-out is made after 6:00pm the accommodation fee is charged for a full day;
  • Breakfast is included in the room rate;
  • We accept this credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type.

Please note that all rooms are non-smoking. Penalty for smoking is 5000 tenge.
